Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3-5 working days with UK standard delivery time of 1-3 working days. Please note that items are sometimes made to order and therefore may take longer.
Please make sure your address is correctly entered at the checkout. I am not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses and will not send replacements for lost items to incorrectly provided addresses.

UK SHIPPING
Royal mail first class (1-3 working days). This option does not include any tracking or insurance. If your parcel goes missing using this service I cannot be held responsible. If you choose this option – this is *at your own risk*. If you require faster delivery, or your order exceeds the value of £20 I strongly advise upgrading to Special Delivery.
UK special delivery (next working day by 1pm). Tracked and insured. You will need to sign for the parcel on arrival. I am not liable if you miss the parcel. If you choose this option you need to ensure you are available to receive it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
if you’re ordering from outside of the United Kingdom, delivery times may vary. Typically, EU and US orders may take between 5-10 days, but please allow all international orders 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that International Standard Airmail is not a tracked service.
Customs Info
Some countries enforce custom fees on imports. The customer is always responsible for these fees. If your order is incorrect or damaged on arrival, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it with photo proof.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from the returns policy. I am unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased.
